What is an analysis?
An analysis is an object containing computed results. The set of results depends on the Algoan products that are activated on the Console for a particular project. If an analysis contains several products, each of the products will be billed individually.

Can I activate/deactivate Algoan products in a project whenever I want?
Yes, you can add or remove products in a project anytime. You can easily do it on the console.

How am I billed?
If you are on a Pro or Enterprise plan, you should receive an invoice at the end of each month by email. You’ll have 30 days to make the payment directly to Algoan’s account, details of which can be found on the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend your access to Algoan’s services in case the invoice has not been paid.

Which payment options do you offer?
We only accept direct transfers to our bank account, the details of which are found on the invoice.
Other payment options will be supported later on.

What happens when I hit my free plan limit?
The Free plan is limited to 100 analyses per month. Once this limit is reached, we will block any further analysis requests until the first day of the following month.

Can I switch to a different plan whenever I need?
You can request to change plan from the Console. Some changes will require getting in touch with our sales or support teams. They will try to get back to you as soon as possible.

What is your billing cycle?
The Algoan Pro plan has a monthly billing cycle. Invoices are generated on the 1st of the month and payment is due by end of the month.Whether you start your plan at the beginning or in the middle of a month, you will always be charged at the beginning of the following month.
